Participants wanted

In this study, we examine thoughts, emotions, and experiences related to using AI in social, romantic, and/or sexual contexts. You do not need to have experience in all of these areas - we are interested in all forms of AI use that involve relationships or emotional support.

This study explores how men experience using AI services as a partner or for other forms of emotional support.

We are looking for participants who identify as men,
are over 18 years old,
and are willing to share their experiences in an interview.

How it works

The interviews will be conducted either in person or digitally and will last approximately one hour. No compensation is provided for participation.

Participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time without providing a reason. If you consent, the interview will be recorded and later transcribed. During transcription, the material will be anonymized so that no details can identify you. After transcription, the audio file will be deleted.

Ethical review

Malmö University conducts the research.

The study has been approved by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (approval number 2024-04123-01).
