Kursinnehåll
The aim of the course is to prepare the student for professional work through the combination of applying knowledge and concepts from previous components of the study programme to develop a prototype of an IoT product or service, teamwork and collaboration in groups of different composition, and deepening their knowledge in the field of IoT through the project work.
The students work as part of a group on an IoT innovation project formulated by a teacher from the department, a collaborating company, or developed by the group itself with the support of a supervisor. Societal aspects related to factors such as sustainability and gender equality must be taken into account during the project work. Students document their work in a final report and oral presentation. In addition, the students are required to critically review another project through an oral discussion and examination when the project is presented.

- CD640E Introduction to IoT (15 credits)
- In addition to the formal entry requirements, the student is expected to have knowledge from the course CD644E Innovation and Business Models for IoT (7.5 credits)

Kursvärdering
Malmö University provides students who participate in, or who have completed a course, with the opportunity to express their opinions and describe their experiences of the course by completing a course evaluation administered by the University. The University will compile and summarise the results of course evaluations. The University will also inform participants of the results and any decisions relating to measures taken in response to the course evaluations. The results will be made available to the students (HF 1:14).
